WeddingWire, Pinterest, Atlanta Style Weddings, and the "find a store" pages of two of your designers (Allure / Madison James and Portia & Scarlett) still say 11205 Alpharetta Hwy. That is 1.3 miles from your shop. An AI assistant gave brides that old address when we asked about you.
When we asked an AI assistant for a custom wedding dress designer in Atlanta, it did not mention you. Three of the five shops it recommended tell brides roughly what a dress costs, and those were the ones it quoted. Your nearest competitors show prices too.
The email address written at the bottom of your website is correct. But the small envelope picture next to the Instagram and Facebook pictures sends emails to the wrong address (it has an extra "s": hanansbridals.com). Those emails never reach you.
These are left over from your earlier online catalogue. You cannot see them in your menu, but Google still can, and they make your dresses look like they cost $26.
Different websites say 38+ years, 30+ years, over a decade, established 1986, opened in 2014, and in business since 2017. Google and AI assistants trust a business more when the facts match everywhere.
Your hours are not written anywhere on your website, and the hidden information Google reads says you open at midnight on Sundays.
Your rating is as good as anyone's, but you have 417 Google reviews and three competitors have more than 900 each. One unhappy Yelp review from April has no reply.
The collections website we built for you needs a small correction so that Google lists it under your own web address. That one is on us, and we will fix it.
